About Me

Please join us to support a brave little girl in the fight of her life. Julia (Juls) Stone was recently diagnosed with and will BEAT stage four Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of childhood bone cancer. She is a sweet and spunky little girl with a great deal of spirit. Her greatest champions are her mom and dad - Richie and Rachel. She is part of a loving Christian family made up of Richie, Rachel, 3 adopted children (Mackenzie, Ally, and Andrew) and two biological children (Julia and Ahnika). The family lives in southern Missouri and must travel to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis for Juls’ treatments. The medical and travel costs will be enormous so Team Juls is lending support in any way possible. We are rallying together to provide prayers, well-wishes and fundraising events. We aim to lend spiritual and emotional support and to ease the financial impact of medical/travel expenses for Juls' family during this tough time. Please join the fight with Team Juls!
There are a several ways to lend your support for Juls, so please reference the How You Can Help tab for more information. Thank you for your prayers all the support!

Cycle 2, Round 1, Day 4 - Pullin day and vistors!

From Grandpa David:
Just now getting home from the truck and tractor pull for Julia. The pull is still going on I can hear them all the way out here at my house. Despite the rain and temp. dropping it was basically a sucess. It was later before they were able to get the track in shape to start pulling, but once they did we had a great pull. The support from the pullers was unbelievable they even donated their winnings back to Juls. Today has been a long day but worth it for Julia. Tomorrow will be another busy day we will be in Union to help support Kids Jamboree. It will be at Union Park from 11:00 am till 4:00. Then it's off to see miss Julia can't wait to see her. She's been on my mind all day. I want to Thank everyone that was part of today's event for all their hard work and time without you this could not have happened. Praying tonight that Julia is having a good night. Sleep little one I'll see you tomorrow.

From Grandma Mary Ann:
Went down to see Julia after I dropped off the other grand kids at school yesterday. Got to stay a little longer cause Rachel was going to pick up the other kids from school and bring them to the hospital. I also brought Julia cinnamon melts like paw pa did but she still wasn't interested in eating them! She had gotten sick from the chemo and that was what she thought made her sick. Later I started to take a bite of one and she said "Grandma you'd better not eat that it will make you sick!" Got to see her feet and hand paint, go to the garden, and later do some Picasso art. Kate, a little girl from Hermann, was in the art room with her. Julia left a little earlier than Kate and after we got back to our room for awhile, Kate came in and gave Juls a picture she had made for her. In between and after all that, she snuggled in my arms and we watched Care Bears for several hours. Praise God for all he has done. Thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers and please say a prayer for Julia's friends at Children's, Kate, Janet, Olivia, and Malaysia and all the other sick little children there.
