About Me

Please join us to support a brave little girl in the fight of her life. Julia (Juls) Stone was recently diagnosed with and will BEAT stage four Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of childhood bone cancer. She is a sweet and spunky little girl with a great deal of spirit. Her greatest champions are her mom and dad - Richie and Rachel. She is part of a loving Christian family made up of Richie, Rachel, 3 adopted children (Mackenzie, Ally, and Andrew) and two biological children (Julia and Ahnika). The family lives in southern Missouri and must travel to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis for Juls’ treatments. The medical and travel costs will be enormous so Team Juls is lending support in any way possible. We are rallying together to provide prayers, well-wishes and fundraising events. We aim to lend spiritual and emotional support and to ease the financial impact of medical/travel expenses for Juls' family during this tough time. Please join the fight with Team Juls!
There are a several ways to lend your support for Juls, so please reference the How You Can Help tab for more information. Thank you for your prayers all the support!

Day Five of Chemo

August 18th, 2014 - Day Five

Specific prayer request of the day:  Ask God to keep her strong. Ask that she doesn't get any infections or fevers. Pray for her blood count to stay up. Pray that she doesn't get any sores in her mouth or body. Pray her side effects are minimal. Continue to pray for her 6 week scan.

From Aunt Steph:
Had a great time visiting Juls today. She's not feeling great but put up a good front. She's in good spirits and is such a happy girl. We love you Juls.

From Momma:
-When I read things about Ewing sarcoma my mind fills with sorrow and pain but then my soul starts to sing the song " the voice of truth tells me a different story, the voice of truth says do not be afraid, the voice of truth says this is for my glory. So I will choose to listen to the voice of truth."

-PLEASE PRAY tonight for Julia
First ask God to keep her strong. Ask that she doesn't get any infections or fevers. Pray for her blood count to stay up. Pray that she doesn't get any sores in her mouth or body. Pray her side effects are minimal.
PRAISE God for her healing and PRAISE God for this amazing girl.
Also continue to pray for her 6 week scan. I am prepared to see a miracle and shes going to have an amazing testimony.
God hears our prayers.....

-Today was pretty good for Julia she was sick last night as well as this morning but when she woke up she said momma get me dressed and take me to the garden. She drank some sprite and ate some pizza. She loved her visit from auntie Stephanie and Jim.
