About Me

Please join us to support a brave little girl in the fight of her life. Julia (Juls) Stone was recently diagnosed with and will BEAT stage four Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of childhood bone cancer. She is a sweet and spunky little girl with a great deal of spirit. Her greatest champions are her mom and dad - Richie and Rachel. She is part of a loving Christian family made up of Richie, Rachel, 3 adopted children (Mackenzie, Ally, and Andrew) and two biological children (Julia and Ahnika). The family lives in southern Missouri and must travel to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis for Juls’ treatments. The medical and travel costs will be enormous so Team Juls is lending support in any way possible. We are rallying together to provide prayers, well-wishes and fundraising events. We aim to lend spiritual and emotional support and to ease the financial impact of medical/travel expenses for Juls' family during this tough time. Please join the fight with Team Juls!
There are a several ways to lend your support for Juls, so please reference the How You Can Help tab for more information. Thank you for your prayers all the support!

Day One of Chemo

Specific prayer request of the day: Please pray for Juls specifically that she has minimal side effects and sickness. Chemo side effects could start soon but with prayers these could be not a problem for her
Please PRAY

Hefty Smurf and Handy Smurf
From Grandpa Dave:
Just got home a little while ago from Children's Julia was such a trooper.
She seemed a little worried when she first went in, they took her back and put in her medicine tube, she was a a little slow waking back up from surgery, but once she did she was right back to the smiling angel we all know. She is getting her first round of chemo this evening. She will be receiving for 5 days if she does well and her body tolerates everything ok she may get to come home next Wed. The whole chemo process will take about a year. Prayer will be needed for a long time. If you see her She's Hefty Smurf not a girl now and I'm am Handy Smurf not Paw Paw Dave because I have the tools she's my little sweetheart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Playing with Legos while she gets her first treatment

-It's 1:30 am and we are still awake not sure whats making Julia so awake. She has to go to the bathroom every 30 min. Shes getting so much fluid to flush her system. Hopefully shell be asleep soon

-I feel sorry for anyone going through this who doesn't know Christ. How could they cope and deal with this. While meeting with the oncology team I felt calm and assured. I told the team that my GOD is bigger then this and they need to expect a miracle because it's gonna happen
Feeling so blessed right now

-Yay for 300! Maybe we can hit 600 could you imagine!
Juls is outta surgery when she wakes up we will go to the 9th floor for chemo

-We are off to children's today shell receive her central line and chemo.
I want to say how thankful I am to EVERYONE! I have a overwhelming peace and comfort today as we begin this journey. God has given me reassurance that she is going to beat this. I have no doubt in my mind. So please pray for her strength and health during chemo. That the side effects will be minimal! Also I ask everyone to PRAISE God now for the healing he is given!!
