About Me

Please join us to support a brave little girl in the fight of her life. Julia (Juls) Stone was recently diagnosed with and will BEAT stage four Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of childhood bone cancer. She is a sweet and spunky little girl with a great deal of spirit. Her greatest champions are her mom and dad - Richie and Rachel. She is part of a loving Christian family made up of Richie, Rachel, 3 adopted children (Mackenzie, Ally, and Andrew) and two biological children (Julia and Ahnika). The family lives in southern Missouri and must travel to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis for Juls’ treatments. The medical and travel costs will be enormous so Team Juls is lending support in any way possible. We are rallying together to provide prayers, well-wishes and fundraising events. We aim to lend spiritual and emotional support and to ease the financial impact of medical/travel expenses for Juls' family during this tough time. Please join the fight with Team Juls!
There are a several ways to lend your support for Juls, so please reference the How You Can Help tab for more information. Thank you for your prayers all the support!

Home again and HUGE Success!

Specific prayer request of the day: Pray for Julia's health tonight and the whole family as they're happy and adapting to being home again!

From Momma:

-Juls received a package today with a smurf hat!!! Shes so smurfin happy!!!!

-Pray for Juls tonight as I made a mistake administering her iv meds!! I called hospital they think shell be fine but I have to keep an eye on her. When hooking up the meds to the tubes I'm supposed to prime tubes with meds so that no air gets in her veins... well I forgot and did it twice!!
Two nurses came out to teach me how to give her meds I had a quick lesson which was interrupted several times by my kids. I remember them telling me to prime the tubes but forgot when I was giving her meds.
I'm supposed to be just a mom not a nurse. Incorporating my other kids life with Juls new life is very overwhelming but something I'm going to have to learn
Please pray for Juls tonight and our whole family

-We get back to rosebud and juls says mommy lets go to the Chinese restaurant......

- Her anc is 2800
Yay

-Julia will be coming home today!! Shell be on her iv antibiotic for another 10 days. Her counts are up and fever is gone. Please pray that she can remain "healthy" so we can enjoy our time at home. Please pray for her strength and her immune system. Pray her counts keep going up and stay up.
Praise god for the healing that hes giving my daughter. Pray for her scans to astonish the doctors and show Gods glory. The doctors are definitely not giving us any hope. But then again I don't have hope in doctors I have hope in GOD.

From Grandpa David:
- A big HIGH 5 to everyone that supported the tee shirt Campaign 733 shirts sold Amazing Our family is so grateful for all the Love and support everyone has been giving. A special Thanks to Rachel Emling for starting the shirt Campaign who would have believed it would end like this. To add to this great day Juls got to come home. Let's pray that all goes well and that she can stay home for a while. She got to spend a little time playing with her friend Tara Rogers they laughed and ran it was so exciting to see. Very Special Day!!!!

-Julia was sleeping when I got to hospital she must of had a hard night she slept till almost 11:00. We were so happy to hear her numbers had jumped up. I started trying to wake her up she was a little slow waking but when she finally did she had that big smile she wanted her go gurts and cheese sticks glad to see her wanting to eat, she really had a big smile when a aid brought in a big cooler bag it had a stuffed puppy dog on top and was filled with Strawberry Go Gurt. She was in very good spirts and laughing. She had to get another blood transfusion to boost her red blood cells after the transfusion she was able to be unhooked from her Iv lines and get dressed then the real fun began. See other post to see her having a great day, so wonderful seeing her having such a good day, if everything continues to go well she may get to come home today.
